Choosing and booking a space Select your unit, start date and agreed rental period. Availability and the price are shown before you proceed. Each rental has an individual agreement containing your details, the unit, dates, rent and payment schedule. Read that agreement before signing. A provisional hold or enquiry is not a completed booking. Agreements and payments You can sign electronically in your account. Staff can also record a manually signed agreement and upload its copy. The first instalment is payable at booking, including for a future start date. Where you authorise card collection for a longer rental, further instalments follow the agreed schedule and stop at the agreed end. Bank transfer or cash can be recorded by staff when actually received. Check your account or contact us about a payment query. Access and use Access details are provided privately in your account once the agreement is signed, the initial payment is confirmed, identity is approved and the rental has started. Access is 6am–11pm daily. Keep your unit secure and locked when not in use, and keep access details private. Electricity, where supplied, is paid through the top-up meter inside the unit. Use the space only for its agreed purpose. No illegal activity is permitted. You are responsible for insuring your goods, tools and equipment; Holm Estates Ltd provides buildings cover only. Vacate the unit and provide proof of vacancy by 3pm on the final agreed day. Changes, questions and communications Contact us about a change or cancellation and refer to your individual agreement and applicable legal rights. Booking and account emails are service communications. After submitting a form or booking, check your junk folder if an expected email is missing. Your individual signed agreement records the terms of your rental. This website information does not remove any statutory consumer rights or mandatory rights applying to your occupation.
