Who we are Work & Storage is a trading name of Holm Estates Ltd (Northern Ireland company NI603385). Our site is 9 Carnanbane Road, Dungiven, BT47 4SR. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email hello@workandstorage.com. Information we use We use the name, contact details, address and any company details you provide; enquiries and booking preferences; identity documents and staff verification records; rental agreements and signatures; payments, invoices and payment status; and necessary account, security and access records. Staff may enter details you give them by phone or in person. Stripe supplies payment confirmations and related billing records. Full card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in our application. Why we use it We use your information to answer enquiries, arrange and manage rentals, verify identity, sign agreements, collect agreed payments and provide secure access. Processing needed to arrange or perform your rental is based on taking steps at your request or performing our contract with you. We rely on our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, protecting the premises, resolving queries and securing the service, and on legal obligations for applicable accounting and tax records. Optional tracking, where introduced, requires your consent. You do not have to enquire or open an account; the details required to arrange and secure a rental are necessary if you choose to rent. Who can receive it Authorised staff handle enquiries, bookings, identity review and access. Our service providers include the Lovable/Supabase platform for hosting, accounts, database and file storage, Resend for application emails, Microsoft/Outlook for correspondence, and Stripe for payments and billing. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities when necessary for a legal obligation or claim. We do not sell customer information or use booking emails as a marketing mailing list. Service providers may process information outside the UK. Ask us for the locations and transfer safeguards relevant to your information. Their own privacy information also applies to processing they undertake independently. Google receives connection information when an embedded map loads or you follow a directions link. How long we keep it We keep records while needed to deal with your enquiry, manage your account or rental, collect outstanding amounts, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet applicable accounting and legal requirements. The relevant criteria are the status of the enquiry or rental, any outstanding obligations or claim, and the retention requirements applying to the particular record. Identity copies have restricted access and are reviewed for removal when no longer needed; verification and audit records may need to remain after an image is removed. Contact us to request deletion or ask about retention of a specific record. Your choices and rights Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records may need to remain for legal obligations or a claim. Email hello@workandstorage.com; we may need to verify that a request is yours. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. Staff review identity documents. Booking, payment and access checks also run automatically; contact staff if a result appears wrong. We will update this notice when the service or its use of information changes.
